Check-in is after 4:00pm EST. Check-out is before 11:00am EST. Early check-in and late check-out is available upon request, for an additional fee and based upon availability.
Payment Policy
An advance deposit of first night room and tax will be charged at the time of the reservation. Room rates subject to a per night resort fee. Personal checks are not accepted, and payment with company check must be pre-arranged prior to arrival. All major credit cards and debit cards are accepted. Please note that any remaining balance due will be deducted at the time of check-in and any release of held funds may take up to 30 business days to return back to your account based on your bank’s policies.
Cancellation Policy
Reservations must be cancelled 24 hours prior to arrival date to avoid a penalty of a one-night hotel stay. No-show reservations and late cancellations will forfeit the advance deposit of first night room and tax.
Deposit Policy
Upon check-in a $100 security deposit will be required with a major credit card or debit card. Credit card will have a pending authorization for up to 14 business days. Please note, use of a debit card will result in a $100 charge and will take up to 30 business days to be refunded. No cash or pre-paid cards accepted.
Smoking Policy
Smoking is permitted in designated hotel rooms. Although we make every effort to ensure that all requests for bed type and smoking preference are received, Belterra does not guarantee a specific bed type or smoking preference. Rooms will be assigned upon check-in based on availability. A $250 cleaning fee will be charged for smoking in a non-smoking hotel room.
